In response to the growing health concerns related to pediatric overweight, VMC decided to take a leading role in furnishing providers with information, resources, and materials to help their patients achieve healthier nutrition and lifestyles.
Included in the Toolkit are clinical resources, office tools, and handouts for patients and families. These are listed under the "Provider Toolkit Contents" below, and are available in PDF format for easy viewing and printing in the office.
Printed copies of the Pediatric Overweight Prevention and Intervention Toolkit are available to VMC Network Providers by calling 1-800-639-3881 or 847-8161, or by submitting a request via the "Ask VMC" quick-link above.
